(Use the proper sherry and not the cooking sherry though...it just tastes better. :D Or Chinese rice wine if you have a brand you like.)</description>

		<description>That looks like a simple but good recipe.  And I can leave the house while it's cooking!  I haven't used bone-in chicken for ages, but I think I'll put that on my shopping list.</description>
