My girlfriend made this for me and I begged her for the recipe. I have been eating myself silly on it ever since. Everyone now asks me for the recipe.
While I'm always open to adjusting recipes, I think this one is absolutely perfect as is (although I do add more goat cheese than called for). Definitely one of my favourites in my recipe collection.

Thank you for this recipe! So tasty! I did it with lentils instead of chick peas, and dispensed with the pepper entirely- a variation that I thought turned out well :).

On Your picture it is not a rice porridge or Jok, like they call it in Thailand, Your dish is a watery rice soup (Khao Tom), which Thai people like as well, but also in preparation there is quite a difference.
A real Jok, rice porridge it is not that easy to do.

Hey Emily, thanks very much for suggesting to bake the frittata in the oven! I've made two and wasn't quite looking forward to slaving over a hot stove (it is warm in the Netherlands today!), so your suggestion, when googled, was very welcome!

Incidentally, I made prawn and courgette and tuna and green bean frittatas. Haven't tasted them yet but they do look lovely.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the link, I really like your recipe because your rolls are bigger than the ones I am used too. Unfortunately with my clumsy hands I could never make rolls look pretty enough. But once I tried to roll stuff your way, it came out nice and neat.
