		<description>I like your suggestion of serving this rice souffle with roasted vegetables. It looks like this would make a nice change  from just plain rice (which I love in any case).  I wonder about making little individual souffles in muffin cups, if I took care that they didn't get too brown at the edges when cooking?</description>
